The S.A. SECURITY MONITORING (A1) Central Station features the highest quality of technologically advanced equipment available today in our endeavor to provide you, your family and business, with premium protection and monitoring services in today's ever changing environment.

Monitoring is performed by proven hardware and internationally accredited (UL listed) SIMSII software systems specifically written for the international Security Industry. The system is supported and fully duplicated using Multiple Mirrored Servers, Digital Receivers and Data Networks.

We are an independent, locally-owned South Australian Company, free from any partisan ownership or influences. We also employ the most qualified and experienced licensed staff in South Australia and all training is carried out in-house.

The control room is centrally located in Underdale South Australia and was completely rebuilt and completed in January 2006 to the exacting relevant Australian Standard AS 2201. Our Monitoring facility has been graded by NSAA as a fully complaint A1 Central Station and is also approved by SA Police and other States Police Departments. All systems in the control room have full dual redundancy together with the additional use of GSM data and Voice redundancy in the event of a major communication services fault or terrorist act.

Alarm monitoring stations are graded according to their internal security, their monitoring system integrity and their alarm action time. Building services and construction are graded on a scale from A to C ("A" being most resistant to attack). Operation, equipment and staff are graded on a scale from 1 to 3 ("1" having the highest performance). The most secure and technically capable stations are designated Grade A1. With SAMS, not only are Grade A1 standards met but they are exceeded. This is achieved through our dedication to faster alarm monitoring response times, superior customer service and enhanced computing capabilities.
